JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Leading regional bank based in Kuwait is looking for an Arabic speaking Head of Business Intelligence. Primarily responsible for data quality, governance and MDM. Ideally, a Certified Data Management Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage a data governance and data quality program
* Implement and manage a master data management initiative
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree and experience
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP)
* Ten years of combined experience working in two or more of the following disciplines:
* Information/Data Governance
* Data Architecture/Modelling
* Metadata Management
* Data Quality Management
* Master Data Management
* Experience should span both individual contributor and leadership responsibilities
* Experience in financial institutions is mandatory
* Experience in non-financial organizations is highly desirable
* Experience developing and implementing data related policies and standards
