JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are hiring for a Head of Talent Management in one of the reputable banks in Kuwait. This individual must have a minimum of 7 years in a banking industry and in a similar position.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the Talent Management cycle
• Create framework and talent review processes
• Form strengths and risks and through employee engagement analyze any gaps
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• University Degree in a relevant program
• Minimum of 7 years in a similar role
• Have business case development experience
