JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Regional F&B Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HR Department across the region, ensuring the development, growth and cost efficiency of the business unit

Key Accountabilities
Develop the annual Human Resources Strategy and lead its implementation across all core functions; Talent Acquisition, Talent Performance, Training and Development and Rewards & Benefits
Define and monitor annual HR budget and business plan
Propose new HR measurement tools and metrics and enhance existing ones supporting the business growth, people and customer centric approach across the region identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving any discrepancies
Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition process including onboarding programs to ensure qualified candidates are selected while ensuring the local recruitment is delivered in a timely manner through a strong branding in alignment with the strategic goals of the business
Design and drive an efficient manpower planning and organization structure aligning the workforce to business needs ensuring a proper implementation of talent management cycle ensuring the delivery of objectives by executing regional staffing plans exploring both internal and external pipeline of candidates
Foster a culture of engagement and motivation that prioritizes results and performance by leading a passionate effective, results oriented team
Lead the implementation of performance management plans and programs in alignment with Group strategy ensuring the growth and retention of talent
Establish Training and Development programs and solutions to ensure employee’s development and retention based on defined organizational assessments and performance measurement tools
Recommend and implement pay structures and incentives schemes through researching competitor markets, benchmarking best practices, conducting salary surveys, analyzing reports and securing alignment with the company's strategy

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration; Master’s Degree is a plus
8 to 10 years of experience in HR out of which 3 years in managerial role
Proficiency in MS Office and HR related software
Fluency in English
