JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Orthopedic Surgeon – Female - Muscat, Oman
A well-established, leading medical center in Muscat, Oman is looking for an experienced Female Orthopedic Surgeon to join their highly professional team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
• Study patients’ medical histories, then meet with them to discuss their complaints and symptoms
• Examine or supervise the examination and diagnostic testing of patients
• Make diagnoses, and recommend surgery or other treatments
• Schedule facilities and medical staff for operations
• Perform surgical and noninvasive procedures, and supervise others
• Prescribe drugs and supplements
• Create postoperative-care plans, and recommend lifestyle changes involving diet, exercise, and other matters
• Supervise the education of residents and medical students
• If in private practice, perform business functions like finance and management
• Ensure accurate and complete record keeping
• Conduct research and receive continuing education
Salary:
OMR
1,500 to 2,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Must be Female, preferably Arabic speaker
• Preferably with OMSB license
• Must be able to do Arthroscopic surgeries

Package
• 1,500 to 2,500 OMR Fixed plus incentive
