JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. For a leading Car distributor in Oman, we are looking for an experienced Sales manager with knowledge of Van Sales.
- Must have 6 - 8 years work experience in automotive sales out of which at least 2 years in a sales team leading role.
- Should have Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferably both in Arabic/English)
- Pleasing personality, natural extrovert, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team and a good people motivator.
- Knowledge on automobile market/models/segments and general technical aspects.
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
