JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Commercial Director - Qatar - QAR 70 - 75k p/m + Flights & Med
On behalf of a leading multinational Project Management consultancy, I require a Commercial Director to head up a cost and contracts division for both buildings and infrastructure related projects. .
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 25 years post graduate (QS related), 10 years management experience and a background delivering a variety of projects including buildings and infrastructure. Candidates must be proficient with pre / post contract duties and claims related works.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role:
* University Qualifications: BSc / MSc / LLM At least One is ESSENTIAL
* Other certifications obtained: MRICS, MCIOB, MAIQS ESSENTIAL
* Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 25 years' experience working with Multi-nation PMC, Cost or claims Consultancies.
* Age Range: Must be under 60 (Visa restrictions on over 60's)
* Gender Preference: Any
