JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Providing effective leadership, strategy, and communication
• Managing the coordination of subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training
• Managing performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• Providing direction of the teams’ daily operations and work assignment, and review work for quality and efficiency
• Using Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives to mentor, motivate, encourage and guide staff to help grow their careers and to perform to their highest abilities
• Ensuring resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and that priorities are always covered adequately
• Serving as the Crisis Management Lead and Incident Manager
• Providing after hours emergency support by being on call for emergencies occurring at the facility
• Maintaining compliance of all customer and contract physical security requirements
• Ensuring budgets are control and managed
• Overseeing the preparation of Incident Reporting and Standard Operating Practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate or related professional qualification.
• 10+ Years of Experience with 5 years or above in a similar role
• Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels
• Proven management experience within the security industry
• Strong management and leadership skills with excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills
• Relevant knowledge on product, industry, technical sales skills & relevant software applications.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Effective communication skills. Bilingual is a big plus. (Arabic & English)
