JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Head Baker.
As Head Baker, you will oversee the bakery within the central kitchen, supplying all its restaurants and catering business, across multiple brands and cuisines. This role really needs someone dedicated and creative, looking to develop the bakery and take it to the next level.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years' experience and ideally be currently working as a Head Pastry Chef. To be considered for this role you should have experience in all areas of bakery as well pastry arts. Ideally having progressed in your career to the level of Head Baker or Executive Bakery Chef within a central kitchen or hotel environment. As the cuisines across the group vary, preference will be given to individuals with experience in a central kitchen environment.
