Quest Search & Selection is working with a stunning 5* Hotel based in Doha, Qatar and they are currently looking to hire a Head Butler.
We are looking for a very unique candidate with previous or current experience as Assistant Head Butler, Butler Service Manager or Guest Relations Manager.
Job Description:
As the Head Butler your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Checks reservations on daily basis and ensures that all the rooms are ready prior to guest arrival
• Collaborate with the rest of departments for any VIP arrival or special requests prior to arrival of the guest
• Spot checks hotel rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure that rooms are prepared accordingly with hotel standards
• Ensure that guests are welcomed, and a Senior Butler present them the hotel facilities and escort them to rooms upon arrival
• Assists the hotel guests during their stay ensuring an unforgettable stay
• Ensure that every guest’s requests and preferences are delivered and recorded in the data base
• Assists the guests upon departure
• Trains the Butler staff (10+ staff members)
Salary:
QAR
9000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Head Butler)
Experience:
• Previous or current experience as Assistant Head Butler, Butler Service Manager or Guest Relations Manager in 5* Hotels
• GCC experience: minimum 2 years in hotels
• Qualifications in Hospitality Management from Europe
Attributes:
• Calm and controlled under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely high levels of attention to detail
• Natural leadership skills
• Passionate about Hospitality
The Benefits:
• Salary is QAR 8,300 Basic, transport allowance QAR 700, one-bedroom accommodation in the Manager accommodation, medical insurance, yearly flights and company benefits.
