JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for producing detailed architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes tiles, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
• Adhere to all industry standards in design.
• Coordinate with the technical team and identify scope creep in design and provide architectural solution with the lowest possible cost.
• Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
• Able to create project specification sheets based on the produced drawings.
• Attend site visits and assist in construction stage.
• Conduct site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
• Conduct meetings with consultants and clients.
• Proficient time management and ability to work and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 Years of experience in a similar position
• Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections.
• Experience in traditional and modern detailing.
• Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
• Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
• 3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as well as Photoshop presentations
• Be inventive and imaginative
