JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Control inventory stock counting.
- Ensure incoming deliveries is according to packing list.
- Ensure incoming products is well receipt and managed appropriately according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure materials are available and allocated for production and in good/valid condition.
- Keep tracing balance materials required for production.
- Produce daily reports indicating the status of inventory and inform any discrepancies or missed.
- Maintain company's minimum stock materials required for standard production.
- Tag any items and ensure proper arrangement.
- Record any disposal and damaged items.
- Issue and collect delivery notes for finished products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Having Material diploma/B.Sc.
- Familiar to warehouse softwares and applications.
- Fully aware of safety precautions.
- Follow the company quality management policy.
- Skilled level of English Language read & write.
- Honest and hard worker.
