Legal Advisor
My client is a leading real estate developer that is completing a brand new prestigious luxury shopping mall in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to support management with timely advice on various, complex, legal matters including compliance and regulatory.
The successful candidate will draft, review and manages contracts, coordinate and supervises the preparation and review of contracts, provide professional support and legal advice as required and provide proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues, including but limited to corporate, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory, employment, and governance.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in law or Law related courses and a Master degree in Law would be advantageous. You must possess a minimum of 8 years relevant and hands-on work experience in the legal field with experience in Construction, Retail and Real Estate, preferably relating to malls and retail sectors.
