JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable international law firm based in Doha. This is a new role due to ongoing expansion within their Doha Office, and they are looking to hire a Legal Personal Assistant who is commercially astute, well presented and a team player who can hit the ground running in this exciting new role.
As a Legal Personal Assistant you will support up to 5 Fee Earners on a day-to-day basis with all aspects of diary management, travel bookings, legal mark-ups, expense claims, timesheet / billings, as well as full administration support. You will ensure that the documentation required for client meetings is well briefed, follow up on designated meeting actions, communicate with clients on behalf of Partner/ Fee Earners as appropriate and conduct research as requested, produce presentations, executive summaries and newsletters.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should be located in Qatar and ideally be western educated with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international law firm, or have solid experience within the professional services sector. You should have a proven track record of strongly supporting and organizing fee earners and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, it is imperative that you have experience of the legal timesheet / billing process. This is an exciting new role, therefore my client is seeking someone who's flexible as the team is growing, someone who is proactive and does not mind doing what needs to be done in this growing organization and friendly team.
