JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role of Office Manager would be to support the CEO by offering a 360 secretarial and administrative service.

You will organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates and ensure this is completed. Provide assistance to the CEO from Travel arrangements, attending meetings and arranging presentations.

As an Office Manager you must have a mature approach and be able to work to deadlines.

Salary:
QAR 20,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position ideally you will already by based in Qatar, You will have a bachelors degree in Engineering, IT Or Business Administration. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience is working with C-Suite management.
