Sales Manager

The Company
* A market leading distributor of Electrical & Electronic Solutions for various sectors.
* They are part of a larger $billion international corporation.
* To support growth plans they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager for the Qatar market.
The Role
* Developing new business and repeat business opportunities with international EPC contractors, local EPC contractors, local subcontractors and MEP contractors in the Qatar market.
* Sell Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical and electronic solutions to this client base.
* Track new projects being awarded in Qatar. This will range from Oil & Gas, Industrial, Utilities, Commercial, Residential projects that will require a range of ELV and LV Electrical & Electronic Products.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with the active contractors in the market whilst developing relationships with new contractors entering the market.
* Represent the organisations extensive portfolio of products and world class supply chain solution with clients.
* Work towards an annual sales target of around $9,000,000.
REQUIREMENTS
The Candidate
* Degree qualified with a reasonable understanding on ELV and LV Electrical & Electronic Solutions.
* Strong sales background working for an international distributor and / or leading international manufacturers in the electrical and electronic market.
* Strong professional network in the Qatar market, especially with main contractors and subcontractors.
