Senior BA- eGovernment (Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian)

A Senior Business analyst may lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May provide advanced project management including assuming responsibility for one or more project management sub-processes with minimal supervision. May lead a project, with supervision. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interview customers/stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specification design solutions.
• Research, gather and analyse data in support of business functions, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
• Work with the IT consultants and the project team to understand the context of the program and project, project concept, project approach and desired future result.
• Track and analyse business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the project implementation plan.
• Coordinate directly with the appropriate Professional Services personnel to identify and maximize opportunities.
• Develop and analyse detailed documentation of project systems and client needs, including workflow, program functions and steps required to develop and modify programs.
• Assist the Manager Consultancy by providing information on potential technology solutions, costs and timescales for the clients.
• Work with project teams to understand their needs, manage expectations and ensure the proposals for change are customer-centric focus.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis on the local and global e-Government services to create and maintain domain expertise and provide accurate and timely information to the client.
• Establish and maintain key contacts for research through conferences and events and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market changes and demands
