JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Purpose:
• Assist in developing the overall Compliance and Business process improvement framework.
• Assist all directorates in process redesign and re-engineering.
• Perform compliance monitoring reviews to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and corrective/preventive action plans are in place.
• Maintain the central repository of all policies and procedures of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration ISO and Six Sigma Certifications preferred.
Qualification:
Experience:
• 7 - 9 years of experience in Compliance and strong understanding of real estate business, policies and procedures.
Others:
• Experience in developing policies and procedures.
• Strong conflict resolution / management skills. Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of business and operational processes international best practices.
• Project management skills.
• Solid communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking experience.
