JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
I have an exciting opportunity with a multinational brand that is looking out for an experienced Store Manager in Doha, Qatar. The candidate should have expertise in luxury/premium retail sector, as a store manager and managed a team of over 10 people in a multicultural dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities
* Motivate the team through Floor management and help them out in complicated situations with clients.
* Analyze KPIs/ manage P & L, propose and execute action plans with your Regional Director.
* Apply and respect the sales policies/procedures established by the Company.
* Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment process. Detect talents, develop and train the team members (suggest individual Development Plans).
* In charge of the administrative tasks: schedules, absences and discipline problems...
* Set an example as a real Ambassador of the brand and project an exquisite image in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate specifications
* Must have at least 5 years of experience in luxury/retail sector as a Store Manager in a very dynamic environment.
* The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
* Possess a natural Leadership, be a self-motivated and sales oriented person.
* Drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner.
* Strong internal and external communicator with the ability to interact with managers and colleagues at all levels.
* Candidates must be based in Qatar.
