JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The company:

Our client is a leading company in the Hospitality Management of luxurious commercial properties in key locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is ranked as one of the top 100 companies in KSA, and in the top three in the hospitality industry. They are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to be based in Riyadh.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Problem solving and management skills
