Country Manager KSA - Multinational FMCG company required to lead the sales function and overall business in Saudi Arabia. Candidate must have experience leading sales efforts as a country manager in KSA previously and be looking for a new challenge.

The Country Manager KSA - Multinational FMCG is required to Lead the Sales function for KSA. Directly & indirectly control all Sales related activities, including setting & Implementation of Sales Budget, Objectives, and Pricing Strategies. Owns & Evaluate short & long term sales plans & budgets.
* Key contact for managing the distribution alliances with respective country partners.
* Managing a direct team of 3 sales staff
* Specific emphasis will be placed on Managing Channel Partners, Category Strategy, SND, and trade marketing.
* Ensure implementation of high quality programs in Key Accounts in order to position the company as a dominant leader in relevant product categories.
* Responsible for sales forecasting for ensuring smooth market servicing
* Ensure a healthy stock situation with Channel partners and Key customers
Job Offer
40,000 - 45,000 SAR / Month + SIP and company benefits
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the Country Manager KSA - Multinational FMCG must have the following experience to be considered:
* A Sales Leader / Head of Sales / Country Manager for a FMCG company with a minimum of 3 years in the senior leadership /management position (Open on product but Non - Food or Health / Personal care categories are preferred)
* Extensive experience within Sales in Saudi Arabia in FMCG either within a distributor or Principle (ideal)
* Diverse business management skills.
