JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Description:
* Represent the College with key stakeholders e.g. Colleges of Excellence, Technical & Vocational Training Corporation, Department for International Trade
* Ensure the college is compliant from a corporate governance perspective
* Working with the senior management team to deliver on strategy as defined by the College Board
* Supporting the General Manager to meet key operational & financial targets for the college
* Lead & support the academic delivery of the colleges contracts working with the academic leads of each college
* Lead on identifying, developing & delivering on commercial business development opportunities
* Working with the academic leads of each college, oversee & manage key operational contracts that support the business

REQUIREMENTS
Role Requirements:
* Extensive experience of FE and HE at senior management level; ideally at minimum Vice Principal level
* A strong education sector all-rounder: Curriculum management, Quality, Finance, facilities etc.
* Masters degree is desirable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of sensitivity to cultural needs (ideally having worked in KSA or in the Middle East previously)
* Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships internally and externally
* Flexible, adaptable and resilient
* Able to overcome challenges and maintain a high level of motivation.
* Ability to work under pressure
* Effective at leading teams and working as part of a team
Package:
* SAR 500.000 per annum
* SAR 12.000 per annum
* Flight allowance
* 1 months basic salary
* Annual bonus
