JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To support Chief Architect to supervise the production of all architectural drawings and coordination with electromechanical and structure departments and support projects sites for execution.
• To ensure that the design is adhered to or even enhanced by the engineering team, working with the Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, HVAC Engineer, and Electrical Engineer, and consult with the engineering team at the conceptual stage if ambitious engineering designs are sought after to allow for feasible architectural design development.
• To lead and plan the design of a project, and in coordination with the Chief Architect and Project Architect, developing initial ideas with the Client, defining the parameters and the scope of work, defining the services to be rendered, and collaborating to determine program, architectural preferences, and function.
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• You must have minimum Bachelors / Masters engineering degree of Architecture and 12 years experience in design architecture for hospital/healthcare/education/hospitality facilities.
• LEED certification preferred
