Director, Digital - Riyadh
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director - Digital to join one of Saudi's governmental bodies overseeing the Kingdom's cultural relations. As a Director - Digital, you will lead and execute the development of a digital outreach program to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall communication strategy.
You will be responsible for governing the design, implementation and development of digital outreach production material and platforms to ensure that outreach performance is achieved and future improvements can be made.
Key accountabilities include:
* Lead the development of the digital outreach program using a range of communication tools and platforms
* Direct the collection of data to evaluate media, as well as all public enquiries through social media platforms to ensure these are dealt with by the relevant stakeholders
* Continuously review the digital outreach project scope, audience and budget
* Approve all digital outreach activities and reports to deliver recommendations and improvement opportunities
* Lead the development of yearly campaigns and events, as well as their targeted messaging to ensure these align with communication goals and strategy
* Manage high level communication and rapport between internal stakeholders to monitor all outreach activities
* Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including government and inter-governmental entities
REQUIREMENTS
Key Requirements are:
* Proven team leadership experience
* Forward and strategic thinking
* Ability to quickly build strong relationships
* Proven experience in performance management
* Strong knowledge of research and analysis
Ideally, you will have at least 6 years managerial experience working for a government entity or multinational corporation. You will also have solid experience working with web-based technologies and a range of digital channels with proven experience in implementing digital products.
