JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a large FM contractor company are seeking Facilities Engineers to join their KSA operation. Candidates must be degree qualified in a MEP discipline.
Candidates must have experience in building maintenance or facilities management. Candidates should also have experience managing a team of supervisors and technicians.
Candidates must have a transferable iqama to be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be technically qualified in an MEP discipline
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance techniques.
• Middle east experience required
• Experience in managing a team delivering services (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
• Good communication skills in English
