JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a non-profit foundation established to discover, develop and empower Saudi youth to become active participants in the future economy. They specifically focuses on four key areas: education, creative and digital media, technology, and culture and arts.
- You will be reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, the Facilities Officer is responsible for the provision of services required for the day to day operations. Maintains the facility, fitting and furnishings, including the arrangement and supervision of scheduled and emergency maintenance.
- You will manage maintenance of the facility and coordinate contractors for inspection and servicing as required. Carry out any minor repairs and maintenance work of the building, fittings and furnishings as directed and in a timely manner; Prioritization of all work to be negotiated with the leader of the area within the department work is required.
Salary:
SAR
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Building Maintenance or related field of study.
- At least 4 years of successful employment experience in a similar tole for a state-of-the-art building facility (e.g., high-end hotel, palace)
- Experience in maintenance contract management.
- Previous exposure to relations management of multiple suppliers.
