To review, advise, prepare and handle Joint Venture agreements and contracts for local and international investments
Client Details
A major player in Industrial and Commercial Investments space with offices in USA, Europe and the Middle East is seeking a Legal Advisor who will work within the Joint Ventures Legal team. This company is ranked one of the top 10 businesses in Saudi Arabia and an award winning employer
Description
* Review agreements, contracts, etc.
* Be able to negotiate legal terms and conditions of the above;
* Review contracts prepared by the concerned department that involve Joint Ventures and conducting due diligence
* Monitor the execution of contract's terms and conditions during the process and report any discrepancies to the Senior Legal Counsel/Asst General Counsel
* Maintain and report compliance with various development obligations, etc.
* Review all articles and resolutions relating to board, banks, corporate partners

REQUIREMENTS
* 2-5 years post qualifying experience
* A minimum of 2 years Joint Ventures experience
* .International Law Firm experience
