JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Pilates trainer:
Position Summary: The Pilates Trainer is responsible for their clients' physical assessments, Pilates exercise program, and motivation, as well as delivering excellent customer service at all times to every member.

Responsibilities
• Work according to the principles of Pilates and introduce them to clients and students of different levels and experience
• Assess posture and posture types, as well as detect postural deviations
• Analyze and understand the Pilates exercises, based on anatomical and biomechanical principles
• Use the full line of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair & Barrels) including the Mat Work.
• Work on Myofascial release using roller, massage balls and other tools
• Modify exercises according to the needs and goals of the individual

Therapeutic Pilates:
Position Summary: The Therapeutic Pilates Personal Trainer is responsible for their clients' physical assessments, exercise program, and motivation, as well as time management, and delivering excellent customer service at all times to every member.

Responsibilities
• Tailor Pilates exercises for client’s needs and physical conditions
• Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
• Ensure postural alignment and physical enhancement

Salary:
USD 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission, insurance & transportation

REQUIREMENTS

Pilates Trainer:
• Specific certification in Pilates training required: Stott or Balanced Body certifications preferred
• Certification includes training using the full line of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair & Barrels) including the Mat Work.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pilates trainer
• Ability to train at all fitness levels
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Therapeutic Pilates:
• Certification or degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, physical education or other related discipline
• Specific certification in Pilates training required: Stott or Balanced Body certifications preferred.
• Certification includes training using the full line of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair & Barrels) including the Mat Work.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pilates trainer and/or physical therapist
• Ability to train at all fitness levels
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
