Regional Sales Manager - Oil & Gas - Valves - Arabic Speaker

Our client, a global manufacturer of zero leakage metal seated ball valve solutions for severe service applications in the oil & gas industry requires a Regional Sales Manager to be based in/around Dammam, KSA on a permanent residential basis.

The main responsibility is to lead sales growth for engineered valve solutions in Eastern Saudi Arabia, key account and opportunity development. Positioning the Company as a market leading niche supplier of unique valve solutions and differentiating it from competitors; Focusing sales activities on end users and through specification and recommendations generated by engineering companies; developing strong channel partners that can help extend market reach and capabilities; Working collaboratively with our global and regional sales teams to meet customer needs and accelerate sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Suitable candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in selling engineered valves or related products through distribution, directly and through engineering companies; Deep knowledge of Power valve applications; Knowledge of industry standards and specifications as they apply to Company products.; Proven distribution and project sales track record within the assigned region, selling into engineered applications; Experience with the sale of relevant valve types ball (metal seated), plug, gate, check, choke highly preferred; Experience working closely with Engineering companies and OEM’s; Experience in negotiating strategic alliances, major contracts and purchasing agreements with end users would be an advantage. You must be able to speak Arabic.
