JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
DESCRIPTION
- Proactively building relationships with existing key merchants and improving the working relationship.
- Developing existing client's business, work towards increasing their revenue and solve their problems.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimum service delivery to clients.
- Updating clients on upcoming relative services and products allocated on the company development roadmap
- Updating internal teams on market insight and innovation.
- Achieving KPIs set by the management team
- Conduct business review and ensure merchant satisfaction on the level of services offered.
REQUIREMENTS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Business diploma or a higher degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in clientele management or any similar experience.
- Knowledge in building and creating business plan, statistic and analytic.
- Strong communications skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous financial and payment services experience
- Strong work ethics and works well under pressure
- Sales and relationship management orientation abilities.
- Computer language and software skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
