JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A multi-national material manufacturer requires a Sales Manager with experience in the building materials and fit-out industry in Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibility is for driving sales through all channels and key accounts achieving assigned sales and revenue budgets for the full product portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing & implementing account strategies for key full line operator and regional distribution accounts within KSA, and for the implementation of all company sales and marketing strategies, all designed to build strategic short and long term customer relationships.

The main duties will be to conduct all sales presentations to all customers and communicating an overall view of Company products, creative services, and new technology advancement. Provides customers with the highest level of creative service leadership, project and business management and problem solving capabilities. This includes the expedient internal solution of customer concerns in order to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing regional distributors and existing channel networks.

Salary:
SAR 23,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor Degree with more than 8 years of relevant experience within a sales role in the building materials / fit out industry. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You will have strong skills in communication, presenting, selling, administration and be willing to travel nationally and regionally.
