JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Engage Selection are currently working with a leading Architecture and Engineering consultancy based in Saudi Arabia that are looking to recruit a Senior Landscape Architect for their Riyadh office.
The Role:
To develop designs for landscaped environments for building interiors and exteriors, private gardens, major land developments and infrastructure and public & business parks from initial concept through design development to detailed design and tender documents.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of preliminary sketches and design details for hardscape and softscape.
• Supervise and provide direction to the Landscape Architect and CADD Technicans and ensure the technical quality and timely completion of all design work, coordination of plans and specifications with the other disciplines.
• Provide input to site supervision of landscape construction works.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Hold a BA Honors degree and post-graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design of large landscape projects from concept and preliminary stages to construction documentation, some of which should have been gained in the Middle East.
• Good freehand presentation skills are essential and the ability to use Autocad, 3D and Photoshop presentation software would be a significant advantage.
