JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Regional Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy requires Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on a variety of high-rise and low-rise various commercial, industrial and retail projects in their Riyadh office.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Design of sustainable & energy efficient HVAC, Fire, Drainage & plumbing design projects
• Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations
• Producing drawing using relevant engineering software
• Writing specifications
• Managing junior engineers/ draftsman
• Managing projects
• Liaising with other members of the multi-disciplined design team
• Liaising with the client
• Attending all relevant meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Be degree educated in Mechanical Engineering or Similar
• Have a minimum of 10 years consultancy based design experience
• Have a working knowledge of various building services design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other International design codes
• Be proficient in relevant engineering software
• Have experience of writing specifications
• Have experience of district cooling projects
• Have good written & verbal communication skills
