Senior Project Manager – Malls
Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall project management and performance, including planning, design, construction, programme controls and monitoring ensuring programme is delivered to time, budget and specification
• Responsible for developing the clients brief, delivery strategy and leading the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Services (Construction Management)
• Should have 10+ years of experience in project management for a mall construction with solid full delivery of large scale shopping malls mainly in GCC.
• Strong Project Management skills, including application delivery control, closure/acceptance, financial administration, and documentation.
