JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading construction company based in Jeddah have a new position for a Senior Project Manager - MEP.
Reporting to the GM you will be involved with all aspects of large scale, prestigious and high quality MEP projects. You will manage a multi discipline MEP team of planners, engineers, construction, commercial, quality and supervision staff.
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + accommodation & car allowance + family status
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 15-20 years experience in a similar role is required;
• At least 5+ years in a senior level role;
• A Mechanical Engineering degree;
• Demonstrable track record in delivering projects of approx £40M.
• High rise experience beneficial
• Proven knowledge in contract administration
