JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Guildhall is supporting a client with a major facility management project in Saudi Arabia. We are assisting them in finding a Facility Manager with a mechanical engineering background to take part in this large-scale iconic building.

The responsibilities include:

- Managing the facility and all service contracts within the facilities
- Management of services a by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
- Direct the work of Contractors and Consultants as required.
- Perform internal and external performance audits
- Leading the procurement of services from contractors and selecting service provides while maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this role applicants must have the following experience:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in Engineering
- 7+ years in Facility Management
- Must have worked as a Facility Manager on one major iconic project
