JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
DMCC is currently seeking an experienced UAE national who will work as an Administration Executive to coordinate administrative office duties for the Group Security department. This role will exercise initiative and will act as a liaison between Group Security and other departments, as well as external organizations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performs administrative duties relative to ongoing functions within the department
- Coordinates processing of security clearances
- Updates and follows up delegated tasks to ensure progress and meet deadlines
- Monitors deadlines given to staff,Develops and maintains document control procedures for the Department
- Completes expense reporting and invoicing and track budget expenditures
- Handles highly confidential, sensitive and/or critical information, files, records and reports
- Actively promotes and ensures clear communication within the department and facilitate inter- departmental communication
- Maintains procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
- Recommends management action to improve standard operating procedures.
- Present comparisons on costs, risks, and benefits
- Works on special projects, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE national
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years relevant experience in a varied and progressively responsible administrative role
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office software – Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
