Job description / Role
Our client, an international law firm, is urgently looking for an Arabic Speaker. For this role, you will primarily be responsible in managing the reception area, welcoming/greeting guests or visitors, answering and screening phone calls, managing the booking of the meeting rooms and providing general administration support to other staff in the office.
To be considered for the role, you need to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or general administration. Fluency in Arabic and English is must. Having a good knowledge in using Microsoft application coupled with good typing speed is required. You should be willing to work from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Sunday through Thursday. Candidate who is sponsored by a relative and can join immediately will be considered for the role.
