JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

NTS Group are working on an exciting and newly created position for one of the top retail companies in the region, who are now seeking an Area Manager to join their retail team. The role will be based in Dubai, with travel to stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The position will involve overseeing and managing several stores across the region and will be actively involved in implementing all policies & procedures across showrooms and standardising these. You will be expected to set plans and ensure that all monthly and yearly targets set are met and exceeded.

The role will involve closely monitoring mix turn over, being highly focused on increasing retail volumes and regular coordination with all retail staff. You will also work closely with branch managers, in regards to providing regular support and will provide training, particularly to the sales force, as required.

You will be expected to schedule regular store visits within your assigned territory as well as controlling stock and keeping up to date with extenal environmental changes (competitor activity, new product development etc).

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you will already be working at an Area Manager level and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will hold a UAE driver’s license and be comfortable travelling regularly to stores across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This role requires superb communication skills, a team player and an individual who is comfortable at managing a team.

The salary on offer for this position is up to AED 12,000 (+ Benefits).
