JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Credit Risk Professional for our Global Financial Services Client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present in-depth business and financial analysis, financial forecasts, sensitivity analysis, etc., for a portfolio of MENA based Corporate clients.
• Interact with senior financial managers of Clients and their financial advisors
• Present Company views to buy-side and sell-side analysts
• Participate and vote on Credit committees
• Mentor Junior Staff
• Keep abreast of Industry Changes and update personal technical skills
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in finance, corporate finance, accounting, economics or related discipline with postgraduate qualifications an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant analytical experience preferably analyzing the corporate sector with focus in MENA; Role is also open to fixed income research/equity research or IBD/DCM candidates covering Corporates
• Strong quantitative aptitude and demonstrated analytical ability.
• Understanding of complex transaction structures, with exposure to documentation review.
• Strong organizational skills with sound judgment.
• Mature and balanced personality with ability to manage high level and often complex client relationships.
• Articulate and succinct communication skills both verbally and in writing with public speaking experience ideal.
• Previous experience writing research in either an equity or credit market context would be advantageous.
• Excellent English and Arabic spoken and written skills
