As the Business Partner Lead, you will assist the organisation's management with all types of integration primarily between the corporate function, IT and BI Department. Introducing latest BI tools; from developing new Use Cases, introduction of new data collaborations, developing new format of engagement and interactive reports.

Description

* Project management of new Business Intelligence initiatives
* Determine the indicators, dimensions and work to make sure that they are unambiguous, consistent and recognisable
* Assist the organisation's management with different types of reports the various Business Intelligence tools; such as interactive analysis, visualisation, data mining etc
* Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee retention
* Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and increase quality
* Create competitive advantage for the organisation through effective management of costs, anticipating needs and nurturing talent
* Monitor changes in business, make suggestions and recommendations where Business Intelligence can further improve the business process.
* Interact effectively with project teams, designers, solution architects and enterprise architects to verify requirements.
* Develop workshops and educational training sessions internally to improve the use of the Business Intelligence systems within the organisation
