JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Bilingual Paralegal for Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants, Abu Dhabi
Objectives:
• Assist the Senior Lawyers in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Providing legal assistance to the lawyers in any way required and helping out in the day-to-day activities of the law firm
• Fluent in Arabic to help the Arabic speaking lawyers
Main responsibilities:
• Administration and management of all business contracts.
• Performing all research and writing on behalf of the in-house lawyers.
• Performing all research and writing on behalf of the in-house lawyers.
• Research and analyze a wide variety of legal issues in areas including
intellectual property and piracy.
• Reviewing and drafting agreements on a daily basis
Reporting to: Lawyer
Duration: Permanent Position
Working Hours: Sundays to Thursdays
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• University Qualifications: Law Degree from renowned university
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Paralegal in a reputed Law Firm in Dubai
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic essential
