JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

One of our Luxury Clients is looking CRM Manager to join their Head office in Dubai.

The role:

End to end responsibility for all campaign email operational and performance

Utilising analytics and insights to mold the campaign email strategy in relation to campaign generation and continual campaign improvement

Responsible for delivering the campaign email targets.

ensure the on-going management and development of key external suppliers for all customer communications

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of using email marketing software, e.g. Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, Experian, Epsilon

A proven track record within an Email/CRM position.

Experience of HTML for email desirable.

Understand email best practice and have an exceptional eye for detail.

Reporting skills - experience with monitoring email marketing performance (experience with Omniture desirable).
