JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Configure and develop operations of Eloqua/SRM Platform, resolve troubleshooting system issues, participate in system upgrades, develop workflows.
- Lead a cross-functional team to define and develop a global CRM and marketing automation strategy; drive execution of the plan.
- Oversee the team delivering email and SMS campaigns. Analyze business systems requirements, system changes or enhancements, define business processes as they relate to system enhancements.
- Gain buy-in and support from internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance, in order to support the company’s transition to a value selling model.
- Focus on continuous improvement to deliver results for the business by increasing adoption by users and progressively addressing barriers.
- Ensure a structured governance process which takes into account management, stakeholders and the voice of the users to drive the implementation of the strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience
- Demonstrable collaboration and project management skills; proven track record in driving innovation
- Experience in establishing a multi-channel marketing CRM program, globally
- Ability to adapt personal style to suit particular situations and stakeholders including conflict management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to translate complex messages in a meaningful and accessible way
- Superior critical thinking skills and ability to evaluate problems logically
- High degree of personal initiative and tenacity and a strong change orientation – excited by the future – the ability to challenge existing ways of operating
