JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
I am looking for a Core NSS Engineer who has solid Network Switching skills and is comfortable using Interconnect systems. Ascade Interconnect Systems would be great, you will be looking after and resolving customer complaints and any other voice call related issues.
Salary:
AED
14,000 to 27,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Flight, Medical, Visa
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum (5-8) years experience in Ascade (Currently CSG) Interconnect systems or any other Interconnect systems
• You must have a Bachelor’s degree involving Computer science, Information technology or other related major.
• Manages compliance, invoicing, taxation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration
• Good knowledge in Oracle, SQL plus, etc.,
• Good knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Windows, Shell scripting, PERL
• ITIL, eTOM standards knowledge required
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English.
• Preferred experience in programming languages like Java, C, C++"
