JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The client, a semi-government real estate developer in the UAE, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. Part of your role is to effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the role, ideal candidate must have minimum high school diploma and with at least 2 years of experience in a customer call center role. Candidate must also be proficient in relevant computer applications and highly customer-oriented. High preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates and from real estate and/or luxury products industry and presently residing in Abu Dhabi.
