Project Commercial Manager – Dubai (Main Contractor)
Project based Commercial Manager required to join a Global Tier 1 Contractor in Dubai.
My client have several live new-build projects including high-rise hotels and residential towers in Dubai.
They are looking for a Western-Educated, Project Based Commercial Manager to oversee a luxury storey mixed use project in Central Dubai.
- The project currently has a full team in place (QS, Cost Engineers and Procurement Engineers) who you will manage.
- You will then in turn report into the Commercial Director of the business.
They are happy to consider somebody currently employed as a Senior QS, who is able to make the step up to Commercial Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- QS Background
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (Western Educated)
- Experience specifically with claims, EOT’s, variations and change orders
- Excellent contractual understanding
- Middle East experience preferred
