JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Examining construction contractor’s schedules & resource plans to ensure compliance with overall project schedule
• Pivotal in undertaking MEP project operations entailing mapping business processes and studying workflow
• Handling project activities including estimation & costing, resource management & contract management
• Coordinating material planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors for equipment, items, requirement specification & offer evaluation
• Implementing plans & schedules for maintenance operations and reducing downtime for enhancing operational efficiencies with focus on optimum utilization of manpower & materials.
• Managing MEP work of Swimming Pools & Spas in the existing Projects.
• Providing alert to the management on performance hurdles with recommended solutions
• Optimizing profits through value engineering & technical analysis at minimal risk
• Coordinating with Civil Operations Team for formulating projects overall construction strategies
• Inspecting construction activities and compiling non-compliance report
• Looking after Project Control & Commercial Department for counter claims management
• Looking after activities right from conceptualization stage to execution including finalization of technical specifications, scheduling, etc.
• Monitoring all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction in coordination with site management staff
• Coordinating with clients, consultants & vendors for smooth execution of project and resolving problems in site execution
• Evaluating construction project report and reporting to Projects Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.•
• Certification: Not required
• Experience:
• Number of Years: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Type of experience: Should have relevant experience with forestry or environmental industry

• Should be PC-literate
• Skilled in MS-Office – MS-Word / MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
