JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is hiring a Contract Accounts Administrator to have the following duties:
* Prepare invoices for review and approval by Facilities Manager and issue them to HO for payment.
* Prepare and raise client invoices within CHEOPS.
* Processing LPO’s received by the client & coordination with client’s procurement department
* Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of Variation/Additional works
* Reconciling Extended work
* Timely reconciliation of customer account and chasing client for any due outstanding invoices
* Raise Suppliers PO
* Administering supplier invoices
* Establish and manage ongoing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
* Management of shared drive
* Maintain and update purchase order register & CHEOPS
REQUIREMENTS
* The Contracts accounts administrator role will require the desired candidate to do both financial and admin duties reporting to the Finance manager or Facilities manager
* This role will require you to have a good knowledge of Accounts and contracts especially VAT our client will require you to have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* This role requires that you must have a degree in Finance/Accounts and come from a Facilities Management or Construction background.
