JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor with c. 5 - 8 to join the firms team in Dubai, forming part of its wider regional offering. The position will be to work with the partners and broader international team in relation to high quality corporate and M&A transactions.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners in Dubai and the wider region, working on high profile matters as part of the larger international team. This role is interesting as beyond looking for a technically strong Lawyer, as part of a small team they need an individual who wants to be involved with clients and business development. The firms Dubai office has an excellent track-record of allowing high performers to advance rapidly and with early partner promotions The role will involve working on a the full range of corporate (public and private), M&A, JVs etc.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have solid mid-level post qualification experience gained at legal directories rated law firm, ideally already in the UAE or looking to relocate from a major law firm in London, Sydney etc.
