JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

An exciting Customer Service Specialist role with a leading retailer has just arisen. The role is based in Dubai's Head Quarter.

Responsibilities:

* Create and implement a customer service strategy, focusing on a smooth consumer experience
* Work closely with different departments to enhance process
* Analyze customer service data reports
* Support with the improvement and streamline the process of the customer service, across various operating channels (mail, social media, e-commerce)
* Create a pleasing consumer experience
* Support on other CRM strategic projects
* Train the customer service agents on the loyalty programs
* Follow-up the daily customer complaints with the customer service team and ensure cases are effectively solved
* Analyze the required data reports of the customer service team defining next steps and improvements

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

* 4 - 5 years of experience in customer services environment (retail, whole sale, luxury, FMCG)
* Ideally marketing experience (digital, e-commerce)
* Excellent English (oral and written). Arabic would be a plus
* Ability to multitask in dynamic environment
* Strong communications skills and customer service sensibility
